Doctor’s Brain is operated by Genetic Path, a company registered in Finland under business ID 3441356-7. These terms apply when you visit doctorsbrain.com, create a Doctor’s Brain account, or use a Doctor’s Brain application.
Development status
Doctor’s Brain is in development. Public descriptions may refer to features that are not yet generally available. Staging and preview access may change, contain errors, or be withdrawn while we test the service.
Accounts and Google sign-in
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that occurs through it. Use accurate account information and contact us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
If you choose Google sign-in, Google authenticates you and shares the account data shown on its consent screen. Our Privacy Policy explains how Doctor’s Brain uses that data.
Practitioner responsibility
Doctor’s Brain is designed to support qualified practitioners. You remain responsible for reviewing source information, applying your professional judgment, communicating with patients, and making clinical decisions within your training and legal scope of practice.
No medical care from Genetic Path
Genetic Path does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or emergency care through Doctor’s Brain. Use of the service does not create a physician-patient or other licensed provider-patient relationship with Genetic Path.
Patient data and uploaded files
Do not submit patient data unless the relevant production feature is available and you are authorized to do so. You are responsible for having a lawful basis, permission, and any required agreement before submitting another person’s information. Do not place real patient data in a staging or test system.
Our Privacy Policy describes how the public website and account sign-in handle data. Product-specific terms and notices will apply before production patient-data features become available.
Acceptable use
Do not use the service to violate the law, infringe rights, interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer private systems, upload malicious files, or submit another person’s information without authority.
Website and product content
Doctor’s Brain content, software, product design, documentation, and website materials are protected by intellectual property rights. You may use the service for permitted professional evaluation and review, but you may not copy, resell, or redistribute protected materials unless we expressly allow it.
Third-party services
Doctor’s Brain may rely on third-party services for hosting, analytics, authentication, communications, and other functions. Their own terms may apply when you use those services.
Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service reliable, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, infrastructure, testing, or operational reasons. We may update, add, or remove features as the product develops.
Suspension and termination
We may restrict or end access when needed to protect the service or its users, respond to unlawful or unsafe use, enforce these terms, or comply with the law. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may update these terms as Doctor’s Brain develops. We will post the current version here and update the date above. If a change materially affects account users, we will also provide notice through the service or by email.
